Drush in a loop

Attempted to fix errors in sirate install with command 'drush up', but drush first threw warnings about path for themes not found, then went into an endless loop and I had to finally abort with Ctl + C.
This is not the usual behavior, drush works OK on a Drupal 7.28 install I have on same server.

Deprecated function: mysql_connect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in tb_install_selected_profile() (line 155 of /var/www/html/sirate/profiles/themebrain_profile/themebrain_profile.profile).

TB Sirate - Panel-first-column-1

Whenever I create another block that mimics panel-first-column-1, the last block is never the same width.

For example- if I create:
panel-seventh-column-1, panel-seventh-column-2, panel-seventh-column-3 and
panel-eighth-column-1, panel-eighth-column-2, panel-eighth-column-3
column 3 is always a different width from the original "panel-first-column-1" and the newly added column-3's are different widths than each other.

I do the above by adding regions and settings to the .info file, then adding the new php references to the page.tpl.php page.

TB Sirate Mega menu: not situated in correct position

The menu isn't situated in the corret position (the block is right).It show on the slideshow block, why?

I have installed the latest version of TB Sirate. The mega menu is not in the correction position.

What is the reason of this bug and how can I fix it?
