Displays field labels inside of own field

I installed In Field Labels to display fields labels inside the input box for user login.
It does work, however, the two labels "Username" and "Password" are both in one input box.

1) how can I remove the "password" label and put it in the password input box?

2) how can I align the login button together with the input boxes?

TB Mega Menu doesn't show submenus

Hello:
I have installed TB Sirate theme on my web site and everything worked properly, but a few days from now the menu of doesn't show the submenus when i hover with the mouse.
I think i have a similar problem to MaxP in this question: http://www.themebrain.com/question/tb-mega-menu-doesnt-work-properly. But his solution doesn't works for me.

Thanks in advance, i hope you can solve my problem, i don't know what else to do.

Hi,

Is it possible to change the format of user login? instead of two rows (username above and password below), can you have it in one row both username and password in one line
