Chance to optimize Tb-Sirate or is better to adapt TB-NEX?

Dear sirs
a couple of years ago I developed a news-project based on TB Sirate theme
I saw the notice in the Drupal site about copyright issues and the invitation to replace it with another theme, but I would like, if possible (even paying something) to continue to use Tb-Sirate 'cause I really like its structure (with a few changes)

Alternatively it might be interesting TB-NEX, but i would being able to integrate TB Mega Menu (or is there something best now?) like the same layout of TB-Sirate and the Slideshow block at the top of the page.

Hello,
I am trying to remove response part of the theme.
1.) in nucleus/css/nucleus/nucleus/responsive/responsive.css i have quoted everything
2.) in tb_sirate/tb_sirate.info i have qouted the responsive part

Now it works great, butwhen you open a site in smart phone it zoom in like when the site was responsive, then you need to zoom out to view all site. How can i make it so it is zoomed out like when you open it on PC?

Installing TB Sirate - a few things not working right

Hi TB. I've only been at this for about 8 hours and I am not a web guru and this is my first experiment with Drupal. But I've got enough background to find my way around.

I've gotten most of the prerequisites for TB Sirate installed and the theme is mostly working. I've followed the "Build" tutorial completely through and have experimented with creating my own views, blocks, and pages. Here are my questions and problems.
