Can someone write exactly how to add a logo?

I am in the settings of the skin in the administration, I check to show the logo but the settings are not written!

How to apply Superfish menu to the default menu?

I have installed Nucleus and TB Simply, along with Superfish. But my site main menu just shows up as a normal bulleted list, and in the Appearance settings I don't see the navigation options you mention in the documentation. Am I doing something wrong?

How to get CKEditor to display line breaks?

Hello -
I've tried a few combination but never managed to get CKEditor to actually display line breaks, regardless of the number of CR I do.

All text comes in one single line.

I am clueless.

How can I see the themes layout and positions?
