additional language main menus not showing menu links & tb_megamenu Javascript not working on additional language webpages

Dear ThemeBrain,

I love your TB Mega Menu, but I have ran into a problem, with a multi-lang site.

Here you can see a working example on the default main-menu:

And here you can see a not fully functional example on an additional language menu-main-menu-de for the German content
