A. Modify Account setting

Step 1 Go to Configuaration > Account settings > Manage fields. Create Some Fields with following settings:

Create user_profile
Bio Field settings:
Create user_profile_bio

B. Create Top Authors view

Step 1 Go to Structure > Views. Create Top Authors view with following settings:

Create about_view_create

Step 2 Click "Continue and edit" button. A new popup is opened with following properties:

Create view_articles_over view

Step 3 At Use Aggregation area, click "Add " set following properties:

Create author_view_agree

Step 4 At Relationship area, click "Add " button to created User: Content authored with following properties:

Create author_view_rela

Step 5 At FIELDS area, click "Add " button to created User: Picture field with following properties:

Create author_view_pic
Click Apply button and set following properties:

Step 6 At FIELDS area, click "Add " button to created User: Bio field with following properties:

Create author_view_bio

Step 7 At CSS class area, change following properties:

Create user_profile_class

Step 8 At FILTER CRITERIA area, click "Add " button to created Content: Author uid field with following properties:

Create user_profile_node

Step 9 At FILTER CRITERIA area, click "Add " button to created Content: Type field with following properties:

Create user_profile_contetn

Step 10 Click Save view button

C. Assign Top Authors block

Step 1 Go to Structure > Blocks

Step 2 Find View: Top Authors and click configure link, set following properties:

author_view_block

Step 3 Click "Save block" button.
