A. Create Menu Structure
Step 1Go to Structure > Menu Link
Step 2 Click Add link to Create "Top menu"
Step 3 Add Sub menus following links structure:
B. Assign Top menu block
Step 1 Go to Structure > Blocks
Step 2 Find Menu: Top menu and click configure link, set following properties:
Step 3 Click "Save block" button.
