A. Create News Menu Structure

Step 1Go to Structure > Menu Link

Step 2 Click Add link to add "News" menu

Step 3 Add Sub menus following links structure:

B. Assign Block

Step 1 Go to Structure > Blocks

Step 2 Find Menu: New and click configure link, set following properties:

front_block

Step 3 Click "Save block" button.
